Making your own yogurt at home using the Cuckoo multi cooker is quick, easy, and results in a delicious, creamy treat. Here’s a simple recipe that requires just a few ingredients and the built-in yogurt function.

Ingredients:
1 liter of plain milk
300 ml of plain yogurt (with live active cultures)
Optional: Osmanthus Honey
Instructions:
1. Combine Milk and Yogurt: Pour 1 liter of plain milk into the Cuckoo multi cooker. Add 300 ml of plain yogurt (with live active cultures) into the milk. Stir well to ensure that the yogurt is evenly mixed with the milk.
2. Set the Yogurt Function: Close the lid and press the ‘Yogurt’ button on your Cuckoo multi cooker. The cooker will automatically set the time to 6 hours for the fermentation process.
3. Let It Set: After 6 hours, your yogurt will be ready! You can leave it for a little longer if you prefer a thicker consistency.
4. Refrigerate: Once the yogurt has set, transfer it to containers and refrigerate for a few hours to let it firm up further and enhance the flavor. Serve with fruits and honey.
